Just down the road from the high rises of Myrtle Beach, the South end beaches and adjacent communities are truly the best of all worlds. You will find world renown golf, plantations, historic gardens, some of the best fishing in the South and excellent schools. Surfside is known as the Family Beach, with a fun, clean atmosphere. Enjoy a stroll along the Garden City Pier, or crab along the Causeway, with homes just steps from the Marsh and the Ocean. Murrells Inlet is a bustling little fishing village with oak lined streets, historic homes and excellent nightlife and fishing. Further south into Georgetown County are the sophisticated but shabby towns of Litchfield Beach and Pawleys Island. Pawleys Island is known for being the oldest seaside vacation spot in the US and is proud of its authentic charm. The South end of the beach is where I call home, and you can to!
