The balcony is also large enough to relax with plenty of room, drink your coffee (or whatever) and watch the sunrise or enjoy the evening and the peace and calm the beach gives you at the end of the day. We are located on the 12th floor. If you have to walk the stairs 12 floors is not so bad (better than 20).
